Maybe she should have specified a warm beach while she was at it.

Actually, he didn’t, I did. Junior rejected every conversation attempt, while his mother tried to shove Candy for cheating on her husband with her son and father of her child, sims’ logic.. :D

(There is a beach, a community lot. It took me 3 seconds to build, if you know what I mean. Playtesting for now, OK ^^)

The Widespot custom tourists, it works, they are showing up at the hotel and booking rooms! And hopefully I can go back and fix my not-working BaCC tourists using the same method (CJ’s Fewer Tourists+CJ’s NPC Maker fix+Teleporter+Townie Gun). This is so so great :)

You are so much braver than me, building your own vacation places. I’m slooowly building a custom downtown; but that’s much simpler, no secret lots.

It’s probably not the wisest thing to do, building all custom, as it takes so much time (not to mention I play all separate neighbourhoods, of which only half got past the first rotation^^). But I’m in love in BV, and nothing beats the excitement of building a hood from scratch.

And, I mean, doesn’t Widespot deserve better than awful Twikkii :D By the way, what are the Widespot citizens called, please, I can’t figure that out on my own in English :p

Oh lordy, that’s the perfect name for the resort! XD (I made the following comment to Peni about the Harts on my first day of playtest: “Newsflash, y’all: the town is named WIDEspot, not Wetspot.”)

I’m thinking Eastspot for Takemizu, not sure about the Three lakes yet, some kind of better sounding Mountainspot. Oh, Hillspot! Or Bigspot, we’ll see when we get there (I.e. when a sim asks for it).

Widespot's newly attached tropical destination, and soon to become invisible Witch Doctor's Hut.

Across the road from the Hut, the White House Hotel.

I build from what I know, so here's a dark hotel hallway (why are they always so dark??)

Upstairs' landing.

Main lobby, or entrance, really.

I'm not about to build fifteen lots there, so the hotel offers pretty much everything a sim needs on vacation.

Empty space (future restaurant?) made conference room just so it would be less empty. I've seen worst pompously called "business center" ^^

Where miss Candy Hart will be cheaply staying.

I don't think you'll need this yet, Candy, sorry^^

Now I need a public beach, and to populate Wetspot, hope it works better than in my BaCC :/

Hiya, Angel! Nice to meet you. Angel cheered for her bed, made her son pee his pants and had fun all around the vast property.

Oh that's why she showed up! Candy is about to have her baby!

I say it "sha sha" but it was inspired by the dance, so both ways are cool. Yes, the stereo was on and I am not very creative^^

Candy felt the need to make a fashion statement: she's still the hottest stuff in Widespot. Make-over time!

She is a tiny little bit vain, unfortunately for her wallet.

Nathan’s genetics are like a steamroller, dominance-wise. I’ve seen folks use him for a Good Genes challenge and the resulting spawn tend to be almost exact replicas of him. It’s a shame because Mary has an interestingly-gaunt face.

That must be why, then, I guess like my ten Ottomas twins, of whom only one looks like Peter. A shame indeed, Mary does have an interesting face!

It’s good that you think Isaiah’s cute because in my experience all Mary and Nathan’s kids will look exactly like him. And I’m not talking clones.

I don’t intend to ever test that, if you know what I mean ^^ It’s bad enough that I have them in several neighbourhoods from before I knew about empty templates.

Mary and Nathan do look very much alike, so maybe they can’t really offer anything else genetically speaking.

I just started playing them for the first time and the twins I got (boy/girl) are FRIGHTENING. I hope they grow out of their eyebags.

They should! I mean, they will never be beautiful in a classical way, but the gap under the eyes is only frightening on small toddler faces. Fingers crossed ^^
